    Hi, there.

    What a great article with so much wonderful information. Thank you! A couple of years ago, I’d have still laughed about Yoga. I was such a disbeliever! Today, however, I can not say how grateful I am that Yoga exists. It has taught me how to focus, and, as you so beautifully mentioned above, how to live in the present moment. My flexibility is expanding in the same amount as my spirituality. I definitely recommend Yoga to everyone, no matter the age. There are positions even 90-year-olds can still perform.

      Hi Keryn, I know what you mean, for years I wasn’t keen on the idea of Yoga. But once I tried it, wow! I was converted. Now I understand why it’s so popular!     Yoga is one of my favorite ways to get my fitness in for the week. I love how relaxing and calming it is. Plus, it was about the only exercise I could do while I was pregnant. It helps clear my mind and I always feel so great after a good yoga session.

    Its also great because it can be done anywhere. Just like the video you posted here, you can find hundreds of them to follow along and do right in the comfort of your home! Great post thanks!
